网络安全插件介绍

父母在家工作，孩子在家学习，已经成为世界各地家庭的现实。虚拟工作场所和电子学习技术的发展意味着现在家庭比以往任何时候都更愿意共享设备。然而，成年人不希望他们的孩子看到他们搜索的内容，特别是如果主题不适合未成年人。当他们共享同一设备和同一浏览器时，他们非常需要将孩子和他们自己的互联网浏览活动隔离开来。

在扩展已经添加到您的Chrome浏览器和第一次激活后，父用户被指示创建和自定义两个配置文件。

作为父母和成人用户，您将有机会输入您的出生年份和设置您的个人资料密码，一旦扩展已被激活的第一次。你的密码可以防止你的孩子切换到你的个人资料，并有可能接触到不适当的内容。因此，我们强烈建议使用密码。

在儿童的配置文件中，我们支持Kiddle(默认)、KidRex、wacksafe、儿童搜索和安全搜索儿童。它们有助于过滤不适当的内容，并为您的孩子提供一个易于使用和安全的环境。

在家长的个人资料中，我们支持Yahoo，谷歌，Bing, Yandex和百度。

使用权限及原因:

1. 进入“快捷菜单”。我们需要此权限才能向下拉菜单中添加项目，以改进我们的服务和用户体验。

2. 访问“饼干”。我们需要此权限才能使您自定义设置。

3.更改默认搜索引擎。我们需要此权限将您的默认搜索引擎更改为我们的域search.privatesearch。在线，由雅虎提供，作为一个占位符，以便为您提供扩展的功能。您可以在任何时候更改其他支持的选项内的扩展设置。

如何删除这个扩展?

如果你想删除我们的扩展，在Chrome上的“设置”，并在“扩展”标签找到我们的扩展。点击“删除”。或者，你可以右键单击浏览器上的扩展图标，从下拉菜单中选择“卸载”。

Parents working-from-home, and children learning virtually at home, has become the reality for families all over the world. The development of virtual workplace and e-learning technologies means that now more than ever, families are sharing devices. However, adults don’t want their kids to see the content of their searches, especially if the topics are not appropriate for minors. There is a great need to segregate Internet browsing activities between their children and themselves, while they share the same device and same browser.

After the extension has been added to your Chrome browser and activated for the first time, the parent user is instructed to create and customize the two profiles. 

As a parent and adult user, you will be given the opportunity to enter your birth year and set your profile password once the extension has been activated for the first time. Your password prevents your kids from switching to your profile and potentially being exposed to inappropriate content. Therefore, we strongly recommend the use of a password. 

Inside the children’s profile, we support Kiddle (default), KidRex, WackySafe, Kid’s Search, and Safe Search Kids. They help filter out inappropriate content and present your kids with an easy-to-use and safe environment. 

Inside the parents’ profile, we support Yahoo, Google, Bing, Yandex, and Baidu. 

Permissions used and reasons:

1. Access to “contextMenus”. We require this permission to add items to the drop-down menu to improve our service and user experience.

2. Access to “cookies”. We require this permission to enable you to customize your settings.

3. Change your default search engine. We require this permission to change your default search engine to our domain search.privatesearch.online, powered by Yahoo, as a placeholder in order to provide you the functionalities of the extension. You can make a change at any time to other supported options inside the extension Settings.

How to remove this extension?

If you want to remove our extension, go to “Settings” on Chrome, and find our extension in the “Extensions” tab. Click “remove”. Alternatively, you can right-click on the extension’s icon on your browser and select “Uninstall” from the drop-down menu.

网络安全插件安装

1、在打开的谷歌浏览器Chrome的扩展管理器（方法：点击最左侧的三个点，在弹出的菜单中选择【更多工具】-【扩展程序】，或者你可以在地址栏中直接输入chrome://extensions/）

2、进入扩展程序页面后将开发者模式打勾

3、最后将解压出来的网络安全.crx离线文件拖入到浏览器中即可安装添加（安装前可以确认插件版本是否为v3.0.1）

4、如果出现无法添加到个人目录中的情况，可以将crx文件右键，然后选择【管理员取得所有权】，再尝试重新安装

5、安装好后即可使用，安装成功以后该插件会立即显示在浏览器右上角（如果有插件按钮的话），如果没有插件按钮的话，用户还可以通过Chrome扩展管理器找到已经安装的插件。
