WhatFont是一款可以帮助用户识别当前网页中的字体的谷歌浏览器插件，在chrome中安装了WhatFont插件以后，用户可以选择当前网页中的字体进行查看，WhatFont插件会给出当前网页字体的详细信息，如果您是一位网页的前端开发人员，使用该插件能够帮助用户更快地了解到网页中的字体，从而结合这些字体创建出一个精美的网站。

WhatFont的使用方法

1.在谷歌浏览器中安装WhatFont插件，并在Chrome的扩展器中启动识别网页中的字体的功能，WhatFont插件的下载地址可以在本文的下方找到

2.把鼠标放在那些个性化的字体上面，WhatFont插件就会提示出该字体的名称，如图所示：

WhatFont的注意事项

1.WhatFont插件目前只支持识别英文字体。

2.WhatFont插件并不能保证百分百地识别当前的字体。

3.对于一些图片的字体，WhatFont可能无法识别。

网页字体识别插件安装

1、在打开的谷歌浏览器Chrome的扩展管理器（方法：点击最左侧的三个点，在弹出的菜单中选择【更多工具】-【扩展程序】，或者你可以在地址栏中直接输入chrome://extensions/）

2、进入扩展程序页面后将开发者模式打勾

3、最后将解压出来的网页字体识别.crx离线文件拖入到浏览器中即可安装添加（安装前可以确认插件版本是否为v2.1.0）

4、如果出现无法添加到个人目录中的情况，可以将crx文件右键，然后选择【管理员取得所有权】，再尝试重新安装

5、安装好后即可使用，安装成功以后该插件会立即显示在浏览器右上角（如果有插件按钮的话），如果没有插件按钮的话，用户还可以通过Chrome扩展管理器找到已经安装的插件。
